By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the following Individual Personal Use and Copyright Terms of Heart Filled Designs and Heart Filled Keepsakes product(s).
COPYRIGHT - Copyrights to all design(s) and associated file(s) are retained by Tammy Wright, Heart Filled Designs, and Heart Filled Keepsakes with all rights reserved.
RETURNS - Since digital files cannot be physically returned nor exchanged, we do not offer exchanges nor refunds.

ACCEPTABLE USAGES
• Create unlimited projects for yourself, family members, and/or friends such as: Scrapbooks, cards, T-shirts, pillows, wall signs, etc.
• Use this product(s) purchased from us in your favorite software such as: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and layout software.
NON-ACCEPTABLE USAGE
• If an individual product was purchased, the download must remain on the device/machine it was downloaded onto and may not be uploaded to any website(s), sent via email, document transfer, nor any other such action that causes the file and/or a copy of the file to not remain on the device/machine it was downloaded onto.
• If a packaged product was purchased, that contained multiple files and a Zip file was provided containing those multiple product files for download, those extracted files must remain on the device/machine it is downloaded onto and may not be uploaded to any website(s), sent via email, document transfer, nor any such action that causes the files and/or a copy of the files to not remain on the device/machine it was downloaded onto.
• Positively not permitted… Projects for commercial use to be sold to customers in any form and/or format.
• Positively not permitted… Creating/making physical crafts/artwork, products, and selling them at craft fairs, in stores/shops, etc., and/or online.
• Positively not permitted… Creating/making digital crafts/artwork, products, and selling them at craft fairs, in stores/shops, on a disk, USB drive, etc., and/or online.
• Positively not permitted… customizable and/or non-customizable printing and selling of physical products such as T shirts, towels, pillows, signs, wall signs, etc.
• Positively not permitted… designing, creating, making logos, brochures, business cards, postcards, catalogues, signs, flyers and/or any other marketing, advertising, PR, and/or branding for a client(s), for profit, not for profit entities, and/or individuals in printed and/or digital formats.
• Positively not permitted… use in printed and/or digital publications such as: ebooks, newspapers, magazines, flyers, brochures, signs, newsletters, books, etc. in digital and/or printed formats.
• Positively not permitted… use in/on digital items such as business cards, newsletter(s), websites, videos of any sort, customize, non-customize, and/or print on demand products, etc.
• Positively not permitted… designing, creating, making social media post of any kind utilizing our products and/or designs.
• Positively not permitted… sharing with friends, family, on blogs, on Facebook, Instagram and any other social media, websites, etc.
WARNING: Our files are encoded with our metadata information. This license is absolutely not in any way whatsoever, shape or form transferable. It is illegal and punishable by law to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the written permission of the copyright owner. Tammy Wright, Heart Filled Designs, and/or Heart Filled Keepsakes will pursue prosecution. It is steeling!!!!!!
